The following Code of Ethics governs how we work, how we treat our clients, and how we represent ourselves in the industry.
Client commitments
We will always work to improve rankings, traffic, and ROI
We will stay ahead of the curve, keeping pace with evolving search engine algorithms and changing web technologies. We will track, measure, and transparently report progress through regular performance reviews and data-driven insights.
We will treat all clients fairly and without bias
When we provide services for clients in related spaces or industries, we will do so fairly, in good faith and without bias. We will be diligent in ensuring campaign efforts are distributed equitably. When warranted, separate account managers may be assigned.
We will not set unreasonable client expectations
We will set realistic goals and provide honest assessments of what can and cannot be achieved. We will also communicate realistic timelines, as SEO is a long-term strategy that requires sustained effort and patience.
We will maintain complete client confidentiality
We will not divulge any client’s business information, SEO progress, lead data, or intellectual property without prior written consent. We adhere to applicable data protection regulations including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and ensure all employees and contractors have signed NDA agreements.
We will provide transparent, honest reporting
We will deliver regular, accurate performance reports to our clients. We will never manipulate data or metrics to misrepresent campaign performance, and will proactively communicate both successes and setbacks.
Ethical practices
We will not harm a client’s brand or reputation
We ensure all processes adhere to search engine and directory guidelines. We will never knowingly use tactics that could result in a site being penalised or removed from search engine indexes.
We reserve the right to decline certain clients
This includes political campaigns, gambling, drugs, pornography, sexually explicit businesses, or products seen as opportunistic to national emergencies. This list is not exhaustive — we reserve the right to determine if a client is a suitable fit for our agency.
We will not intentionally violate search engine guidelines
We continuously stay updated on search engine rules and guidelines. As these change, we will act swiftly to ensure all client websites remain in full compliance.
We will not deceive consumers or search engine crawlers
We will not misrepresent any client or intentionally display inaccurate information on their behalf — whether within search engine result listings, paid advertisements, or on-site content.
We will use AI and automation tools responsibly new
When leveraging AI-powered tools for content creation, keyword research, or campaign management, all outputs will be reviewed, fact-checked, and aligned with the client’s brand voice and search engine guidelines. We will never use AI to generate deceptive, misleading, or low-quality content at scale.
Legal & professional standards
We will not intentionally violate any law
We will ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and trademark law, the Information Technology Act 2000, India’s DPDP Act 2023, and other applicable Indian and international regulations governing business and internet operations.
We will not falsely represent others’ work as our own
We seek to provide original content and designs for all clients. Any content produced by a third party will only be used with their expressed consent and proper attribution where required.
We will not misrepresent our services or capabilities
We will be truthful in relaying all details of our services, methods, skills, certifications, training, performance history, resources, and timetables. We will never intentionally mislead clients on any of these details.
We will provide adequate dispute resolution procedures
Our Customer Support contact details — including address and phone number — are easily accessible on our website. Information on the jurisdiction under which any legal disputes will be settled is available on request.
